Selection of membrane elements, pressure vessels and array configuration (number of stages, passes, elements per vessel) matched to recovery and permeate quality targets.

System Sizing & Pressure Calculations

Full sizing of the RO system including feed pump sizing, inter-stage booster requirements, energy recovery options and operating pressure calculations.

Pre-Treatment Design

Design of pre-treatment train (multimedia filtration, cartridge filtration, antiscalant dosing, softening) to protect membrane life.

Post-Treatment Design

Remineralization, pH correction and disinfection of RO permeate for the intended end use.

Complete Drawing Package

PFD, P&ID and hydraulic drawings for the full RO system from raw feed to final product water.
