How long does a process design calculation project typically take?
Timelines depend on plant complexity and scope. A standalone process design calculation report for a single plant — covering hydraulic loading, unit sizing, chemical dosing, and mass balance — typically takes 5–10 working days. Complete PFD and P&ID packages for a multi-unit plant may take 2–4 weeks.
